3. Eligibility Requirements

5. Bonuses & Promotions

kg899 offers an attractive welcome bonus for members making their first deposit. Please read the conditions below carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount applies (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonus-related winnings may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once per member.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• If bonus abuse is found, kg899 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• kg899 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus terms at any time.

6. Gaming Policy

kg899 offers various gaming options including slots, cricket betting, fishing games, live casino, and multi-bet. All games are operated with fair play guaranteed.

• All game outcomes are controlled by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If any error or technical issue occurs in a game outcome, kg899 reserves the right to void the related bet.

• If manipulation is found in any game or tournament, the associated winnings will be voided.
• Bets placed in the sports betting section are settled based on the final score.

• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes are entirely at kg899's discretion. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. kg899 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you object to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw any valid balance.
